May I know if your client already has QuickBooks Online Account? If so, you can ask them to invite you as their accountant using your QuickBooks Online Accountant email address.
Here's how:
Let your client log in to their QBO account.
Go to the Gear icon, select Manage users.
Click the Accounting firms tab.
Enter the email address associated with your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
Once done, hit the Invite button.
Repeat the same process to their other QBO account.
If your client hasn't set up an account yet or never use QuickBooks Online. You can add them to your firm using the same email so it will keep everything in one place. I'll show you how.
In QuickBooks Online Accountant, go to the Clients menu.
Select Add client.
Select Business or Individual.
Enter your client's info.
In the Product section, choose No subscription.
Hit Save.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can have multiple companies using one email address. Once you log in using that email address, you'll see the list of companies associated with it under the Select Company window. However, each company you add corresponds to an individual subscription.
To do this, you simply need to enter the same email address and password when creating an account for the 4 businesses. You can go to our plans and pricing page to create a new company and choose which QBO version you need.
