Techno Question -Could the notes section not be more substantial? Another tab, at the top, then each note separated on the date you entered it? Bit more CRM structured?

There is no notes section in QBO.  It would be nice if there was.

Maybe asker is referring to the Activities section that's in each emailed invoice (which BTW the customer can see), or the automatically generated Tasks on the dashboard.
