Trying to add another user but it won't let me

Hello Andy a one, thanks for posting on the Community page,  it is more than likely you have reached your user limit and that is why it is not allowing you to add another user to the account. 

Simple start 1 user

Essentials 3 users 

Plus 5 users 

Advanced 25 users
