We have just created an account (self employed) and accessed all the details on my laptop. I have then tried to download the app and sign in and it states "ACCOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS". Why is this?

This error occurs when the link downloaded is incorrect. Let’s uninstall the one you currently have and then reinstall it.

For iOS:

1. Touch and hold any app on the Home screen and tap the Edit Home screen.
2. The apps begin to jiggle.
3. Tap on it and then hit Delete.
4. Click on this link to install the application: QuickBooks Self-Employed.

For Android users:

1. Select Settings from your app drawer or home screen.
2. Tap Apps & Notifications to choose See all apps.
3. Scroll down the list until you find the app you’ve downloaded and then tap it.
4. Press Uninstall and then click on this link to install it: QuickBooks Self-Employed: Mileage Tracker and Taxes.
