Question

When trying to connect to my HSBC account it’s saying “your username is invalid”. I don’t understand as my username is correct.

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time close the browser down, reload it and try again. Let us know if you still have a problem.

I tried on my Mac and also on my iPhone with no luck?

Thanks for trying that so having had a look more into it that message will be coming from the banking side and not ours so you would need to get in touch with the bank and ask them why they sending that message and double check it is the right information.
