When trying to update my bank accounts I get a message security info needed, but the link box within the message asking me to verify your info fails, anbody any ideas?

Hello Roger37, Can we ask are you trying this on a mobile device and do you have your banking app connected? If so could you uninstall the banking app and then connect to QuickBooks on the browser, it should then go through.
