Why cant I accept new client invite. Already use QB with another client. New client invite says' hmm that didnt work' then takes me to change password. Doesnt work?

New client has sent invite twice now. I click to accept and get hmmm that didnt work, then get sent a code and invited to change my password. I change password and it still doesnt work. What do I need to do to add the new client to the profile Im using (not my license)? Please help, I dont want to have to go back to him again!

Hi zara@noblesoluti We'd be grateful if you can copy and paste the invite link into the url of an incognito/private window and see if that works. If it doesn't work please delete all the previous invites you've received, ask the client to delete, not resend, the invite, then invite you again and when you receive the invite copy and paste it into the url of an incognito/private window.

Just to clarify. Is your client using QBO UK version? Do you have a QBO Accountant UK account?
