If you can't save/share your invoices on the app, we can troubleshoot it by clearing your data or uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks application. You can follow the steps below based on the device you are using.
For Android:
Open Settings.
Select Apps or Apps & notifications.
Find and tap QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Tap Storage or Storage & Cache, then select ClearData (or Clear Storage).
Confirm if prompted.
For iOS:
Open Settings and tap General.
Select iPhoneStorage and find the QBO app.
Tap Offload App to free up storage without deleting your data.
