This warning can be legitimate, and it usually means QuickBooks is billing you twice for the same subscription, either because you originally set it up through the Apple App Store and now it's also billed directly by Intuit, or because you have multiple QuickBooks companies, each billed separately.

Before canceling anything, can you confirm whether you originally subscribed through the Apple App Store and whether you're seeing two separate QuickBooks charges on your statement?

In the meantime, let's verify if you have an active Apple subscription for QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple ID banner at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Check whether QuickBooks appears there as an active subscription.

If both are showing as active, you may be paying for two subscriptions at once. Feel free to cancel the extra one to stop the double charges moving forward. Keep in mind Intuit can't cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf, so that one would need to be cancelled from your Apple ID settings.

In addition, refer to this article for additional guidance on how to identify Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement: Understand your QuickBooks subscription rates and charges.

Don't hesitate to reply if you still have concerns about your subscription charges.
