You can retrieve your login information by receiving a verification code sent to your email by Intuit, which will allow you to access your account credentials, Steve.
To begin, you'll need the phone number or email address associated with your account. If you don't have access to these, you can fill out the account recovery form and upload a clear photo or scanned copy of one of the following documents:
Driver’s license
Government-issued ID
Passport
Notarized document
Within 1 business day, you'll receive an email from no_response@intuit.com with instructions on what to do next. Our Live Support Team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6:30 PM ET. Once we confirm that the account belongs to you, you'll be provided with a link to reset your password.
If you're unable to sign in but still have access to the phone number or email address associated with your account. Here’s how:
Go to the sign-in help page and enter your phone number or email address.
Click Continue.
Choose either Enter password, then Forgot password?, or select Text a code to your number.
Check your email inbox or text messages for the code. Just open your email in a new tab, but keep the original browser tab with the sign-in page open.
Follow the steps provided in the message to sign in. When prompted, you can reset your password or skip this step.
Do not close the tab or window containing the code entry form. If you do, you will need to restart the process from the sign-in page and request a new code.
Should you have more questions about accessing your login information, hit the Reply button. Our team is always here for you.
