I encourage you to refer to the following steps to record PD7A.
Click on Taxes
Select Payroll Tax
Click Record tax payments
Select Add payment
Enter the information (add or update tax payments made outside QuickBooks)
Select Ok.
This recording will reflect on your PD7A.
