Convert to QuickBooks on line from existing business. Want new bookkeeper to work remotely

I'm glad to hear you're planning on joining the QuickBooks Online family! The cloud-based platform really excels as a way to work together with your bookkeeper. Everything is stored online, so you can be confident that everyone is seeing the most current version of your books. We have several options to help you convert your file, and I'll be happy to help you get started.

If you're migrating over from QuickBooks Desktop, you can start the process right from your file. Simply open the Company menu and select Export Company File to QuickBooks Online to transfer your data. Once your company is transferred over, you're all set to invite your bookkeeper in just a few easy steps: 

1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage users.
2. Select Accounting firms.
3. Select Invite.
4. Complete the required fields and select Save.
