Question

Does anyone know how to fix the receipt snapping issue for Andriod? I've tried on my desktop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and made sure info is correct.

Here's how:
 

For Android users
 

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes to confirm.
     

If clearing the app data doesn’t fix the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app on your mobile. This will ensure you’re using the latest version. Alternatively, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online account using another supported browser.

In reference to your comment about attempting this on a desktop, are you referring to the QuickBooks Online Desktop App? If so, please note that the Snap Receipt feature is only available on mobile devices and it’s not supported on the desktop app as of the moment.
