How can I download a copy of my QBO subscription invoices? I used to be able to, but now I only see payment history, there are no links to download the actual invoices.

You can obtain a copy by printing or downloading your invoices as a PDF. There are multiple ways to find invoices in QuickBooks Online, such as pulling up reports or navigating to the Sales menu, Contact189.

Here's how you can find invoices in the Sales menu:

1. From the Sales menu in the left panel.
2. Click the Invoices tab and select the invoice you want to print.
3. Your first option is to click the Print hyperlink directly to print a copy.
   
4. The second option is to click the View/Edit hyperlink. Then, at the bottom of the invoice page, select Print or Preview and choose either Download (to PDF) or Print.
   
   
5. Please note that you can check the boxes on all invoices, click the "Batch Actions" dropdown, and select "Print" to create copies in bulk.
   
   

Another way is through Transaction by detail account or Transaction list by Customer reports. In the Transaction Type column, click the Invoice hyperlink and in the bottom part of the invoice page, tap Print or Preview and select Download (to PDF) or Print.
