How can I verify it's me signing in with a new phone number?

To change your phone number, follow these steps below:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Select your profile icon next to the Gear icon.
3. Select "Manage your Intuit Account". This opens the Intuit Account Manager.
4. Select the "Sign in & security" menu.
5. Select the "User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone" section.
6. Make your changes.
7. When you're done, select "Save".

You will also need to change your phone number in your Company settings. You can do this in just a few simple steps.
 

1. Head to the "Gear icon"

2. Select "Account and Settings"

3. Click on Company, and change the phone number in this section.

4. Hit save
