You can generate and customize the Bill Approval Status report in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to view your unpaid bills and filter them by whether they're approved or not, helping you keep track of what is ready to be paid, Elizabeth.

To generate the report, here's how:

1. Navigate to the Reports menu.
2. In the report search bar, enter Bill Approval Status.
3. Choose the desired Report period.
   
   
4. Under the Filter section, set the first dropdown to Paid status, equals for the second, and then Unpaid for the third.
5. Click the +Add condition button.
6. Set the new filter to Approval status, choose equals, and then select Approved (or any other approval status you wish to filter by).
