How do a respond to a reply on my question?? I have tried several times but i am unable to said - Authentication Failed

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  I can understand how having an authentication error in QuickBooks Online can delay your work. This can happen in different areas of your books.  However, the first course of action would be to clear cache on your browser.  I also suggest trying other browsers such as Firefox. Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private/incognito window.
