How do I move User to Accounting Firm as my clients are only allowed to have One User on their plan and will this action remedy the quantity of User's issue. Thank You

Thanks for connecting with us here.  Being invited as an accountant user on your client's accounts has countless benefits for all.  I'd be happy to provide more insight here so you can get back to what you love!

Although your client's QuickBooks Online product is specifically for one user only, They are permitted to add up to two accountant users as well, without it affecting the user limit.  If they have a QuickBooks Self-Employed, here's how to invite you as their accountant; 

1. From the Gear icon, select Accountant

2. Enter the Accountant's email address

3.Hit Send Invite

You'll proceed to accept the invitation and have immediate access to their books!

Here's how to add an Accountant user in QuickBooks Online Easy Start;

1. Log into QuickBooks as the Primary Admin

2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users

3. Open the Accounting firms tab

4. Choose Invite

5. Enter your accountant's info and select Save
