how to create a custom P & L for multiple years

Thanks for checking the help section as you work on creating a custom Profit and Loss (P&L) report for multiple years in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Frostedburch.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
2. Select Custom reports.
3. In the search bar dropdown, enter Profit and Loss.
   
   
4. In the Report period section, choose the Custom date and set the date range that spans the years you want included in the report (e.g., 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2025).
5. Click the Display icon, and select Years in the Display columns by dropdown.
   
   
6. Once done, you'll now have a customized Profit and Loss (P&L) report that displays data for multiple years.
