May I ask if you encounter any error messages while logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account?

In the meantime, make sure to use the correct account, credentials, and company when logging in to your QBO account. Once you successfully log in to your account, here's how to pay your renewal:

1. Select the Gear icon, then Subscriptions and billing.
   
   
2. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info. Note: Make sure your payment method is active to proceed with resubscribing your account.
3. Select Subscribe.
