For this, you need to get the company ID of the correct and the incorrect account. Our representatives will ask for this number so they can identify which account needs to be paid. Please do not post or provide any account information to anyone or anywhere in the community or this thread To find it, follow these steps in your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
Take note of the company ID.
Once you have all the information, follow these steps to get a live support to help you:
Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
At the bottom click on Contact us.
Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
Choose your contact option to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
