I need Make Tax Digital. I started the new subscription, my QuickBooks Self-Employed account was blocked. I now have no access to 25/26 records. My new QB is empty. Why?

Please know that all your data will transfer over during the migration. Since some of your entries aren't showing up right now, I recommend accessing QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus in a private window or a different web browser.

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Intuit Experts. They have the right tools to investigate this and help you resolve it right away.

Additionally, since you upgraded, you no longer have access to your QuickBooks Self-Employed which is why it's showing as blocked.
