Hello, I operate in Canada and have hired CPA in Asia. I don't want to provide admin access. What is the workaround? I've emailed support a couple of times and not heard back.
I am cleaning up the files from my predecessor, and there are a number of large QBW and ADR files. I understand these are Quickbooks Desktop backup files. We now have Quickbooks Online (as of about 3 years ago). Do I need to keep any or all of these files? Maybe only the most recent ones? I also feel like this is a question for someone from Quickbooks directly, not a community question necessarily (although opinions are welcome) but I can't figure out how to contact support save for the extremely useless "QB Assistant" that just keeps asking me to rephrase my question. ThanksChandra
good morning, I would like to add my client to the QBO file as a user so they can view and print reports when needed! However, when I go to add a user, I do not get the option for reports only. if I add them as standard user with limited access, they seem to count towards the number of billable users. Can someone help?
I would really prefer to just use QBO that i pay for and get rid of the accountant program altogether as a bookkeeper if find i can have access anyway and dont need it
Every time I try to enter a transaction, it tries to make me take the tutorial, and every time I select a section from the list, it takes me to the "get started" screen for that section, rather than the actual thing I want. It's very annoying! I've tried refreshing and restarting.
I am using the trial version of the desktop program but can't convert qbx files to qba. The option is grayed out under the menu. How do I convert?
I have a 15% markup set on billable expenses. However, when the item is invoiced to the customer, QBO applies the markup to the original cost of the item PLUS any sales tax that was paid on the item. Is there any way to have it just mark up the original cost?
