Hello there I upgraded the system from 2016 to 2019 Pro, and the system updated the inventory items, and our sales invoice number. Everything went well except INVENTORY CENTER. The version 2016 that I use, it was "Inventory center" from vendors- inventory activities- inventory center, But for 2019 Pro, there is no Inventory center, which I need to use this feature on a daily basis. I checked the products' information already under Item List, (including the brand, size, and price, and quantities). That's fine. I read the blogs that she mentioned the verify Data, which I already did, but Nothing changed. From screenshot 3, " Learn More" which selections should I choose?Screenshot 4, You could see my items & inventory from preferences "Enable" is grey. Please help. PLEASE see attachments. Thanks
Can the journal number field be increased to more than 11 digits. We import point of sale data by iff files and the sales invoice numbers come across as journal entry numbers and they have exceeded 11 digits - creating errors and not being imported.
My own firm is showing as a client rather than being under my firm in Quickbooks Accountant Online, how do I move it over to be my firm?
I can download the new logo but it will not allow me to save the new logo. The save button seems to not be working.

My free trial expired last month so I had subscribed last night but it keep on telling my when I log-in that my trial had expired and still need to subscribe even if I had already did. See the attached screenshot. Also I had subscribed because it says 50% off for 6 months but now it’s telling me that I am paying 9.99$ next month already. Please fix this. -Kevin

I tried signing up to Quickbooks self employed and I accidentally signed up twice. My computer froze on my first attempt, I closed the webpage. Tried for second attempt and it worked, but got billed twice. The email confirming my payment has 2 different company id ending but when I sign into my account, there is just one company id and not two. What does this mean, do I need to delete subscription to not be billed twice in a months time?

Because client connections will transfer data to and from a cloud-hosted server using insecure networks, I'm asking if Quickbooks natively encrypts data between desktop clients and the Quickbooks Database Server using SSL/TLS or some other protocol.If not, is there a recommended best practice or product set to encrypt this connection?What have other people used? What have been your experiences with your solution? Any tips and warnings?Thanks in advance.
