If you are still able to access your account as Company Admin, you may consider opening a new blank QBO account and migrating your data manually or purchase a 3rd party migration service if required.
I'm saddened to hear about the loss of your accountant. In this situation, it's important that you're able to become the Primary Admin on your QuickBooks Online account. Following the link provided by Fiat Lux is the best course of action. Once this process has been completed on your behalf, you'll have full access to your account and there wouldn't be a need to open a new account and migrate your data.
