Question

QB charges me a quickbooks payments fee, then a day or two later, the same fee gets deducted again on my bank feed?

The first one is a "system recorded" fee. The second one says AP Intuit Canada ULC. Definitely deducted twice from my bank acct.

Let me clarify the charges you're seeing and guide you to the payments support team for further investigation, baines.

The first charge is a system-recorded fee from QuickBooks Payments, representing the standard processing fees for your payment transactions. The second fee you're noticing, labeled as AP Intuit Canada ULC, is intended for Mailchimp charges.

Now, to further verify these charges, I recommend contacting our live payments support team. They can check these fees and review your account activity in detail.

Also, if you do not have a Mailchimp subscription, let our support team know, and they’ll guide you through resolving the matter.
