quick books pro and enterprise

I have sucessfully transferred files from enterprise to myquick books pro 2024 today, can i delete all the enterprise files.   everytime i try to click on an answer to my questions it brings me back to the log in page.  Fristrating

I understand where you're coming from. Yes, you can delete your Enterprise files, but please ensure to save a backup copy for security purposes.

 

Here's how to back up your company file:

 

  1. Navigate to the File menu and select Switch to Single-user Mode.
  2. Go to File again, hover over Back up Company, and select Create Local Backup.
  3. Choose Local Backup and click Next.
  4. Select Browse to choose where you want to save your backup file, then click OK.
  5. Select Save it now. Then, click Next to run the backup.

 

When you mentioned being redirected to the login page whenever you click an answer, are you experiencing this within the QuickBooks Desktop Help window or on the QuickBooks Community Forum? Any extra details will help me find the best solution for you.

Hello  Unfortunetly I can not get into enterprise, as my trial is up, but i do have a back up copy 

I do not need to run the back up copy at all.  As I now have the enterprise converted and installed in the quick books pro 2024

As for being redirected to the login page whenever i click on an answer it is in the quicbooks community forum.    I cleared out all my cookies and it is working now.
