Currently the Subscription and billing feature can only be accessed from a web browser. You'll need to sign in as the Primary Admin, then follow these steps to update your billing information, to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account;
1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings, then Billing and subscription
2. Select Resubscribe and enter your updated billing information
3. When finished, hit Resubscribe.
