Hello, nsharmaca.

To fix the cheque alignment issue in QuickBooks Online caused by the recent format change, you can adjust the alignment settings to match your preferred format.

Here’s how:

  1. Type Print Cheques in the dashboard search bar and click it.
  2. Select Print setup.
  3. On the bottom right, click No, continue setup twice.
  4. Adjust the grid to align fields with your cheque format.
  5. Select View preview and print sample. Then, select Print.
  6. Repeat as needed. When checks align, select Finish setup.

You’re all set! I hope this helps you solve your concern.
