Question

When trying to log into Intuit, the wheels continues to spin.. anyone have a solution? I can use QB normally but am unable to sign in to send invoices.

Are you using QB Desktop US or Canadian version?

Hello, @Cjm1216. Could you please specify what QuickBooks Desktop version you are currently using?

 

In the meantime, let's download and install the QuickBooks Toolhub to fix common QuickBooks Desktop issues.

 

First, please close your QuickBooks Desktop application. Then, download the latest version (1.6.0.8) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save it in an easily accessible location, and once downloaded, open it by double-clicking the file (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Follow the on-screen instructions to install the tool, and make sure to agree to the terms and conditions.

 

Next, let's run the Quick Fix My Program tool:

 

  1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, click Program Problems.
  2. Select Quick Fix My Program.
  3. Start QBDT and open your data file.
