Why am I not able to add a different country address for a supplier? Do I need to change my subscription?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the ability to add your suppliers, so you can easily record your bills and expenses.  I would be glad to assist!

If you've already set up the 'out of country' supplier in your books, you won't be able to make changes to their address within their profile.  In this case, you will need to make the supplier inactive, or add an identifier to their last name, such as an (*).  This will enable you to add a new supplier with the same name, and include the appropriate address.  In addition, QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus and Advanced provide the ability to use foreign currencies.  This enables you to record transactions without being concerned about exchange rate conversions.  Click here, to learn more about multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
