If you have already set up sales tax in your account, I suggest trying in a private browser to see if you are getting the sale results. Here are some shortcuts you can use:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following these steps:
Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback
