Why does payroll still show old address, and not my updated address?

To help fix the incorrect address displayed in your QuickBooks Payroll, please specify the exact location where you are seeing the outdated address. If possible, include a screenshot that shows the incorrect address in that specific section. It will help us resolve the issue, but please remember to hide sensitive information.

In the meantime, here are the steps to edit or manage your overall company information in QuickBooks Payroll:

1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Payroll settings.
   
2. In the General section, select the Pencil icon.
3. Complete the required fields and click Save.

If the old address still appears after these steps, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache to eliminate stored data that may be causing display or performance issues. Also, ensure you're using a supported browser if the current one isn't interacting well with QuickBooks.
