Let me help you with your subscription, @raulfloresquinte.

 

We can check if your subscription is active in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account by opening the Billing and Subscription page.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Click the Gear icon and then Account and settings.
  3. Tap the Billing & Subscription tab.

Additionally, you can always view your payment history. This way, you can track and manage your subscription.
