Accountant complaining about Quickbooks: No resolution, may seek legal advice

Dear Quickbooks,

We have 161 entries in 2022 in our accounts of which about 90 were misaligned. At this stage, my team has had to spend about 30 hours fixing your Quickbook bookkeeping mistakes. We have paid for your service which has caused us numerous delays, 30 hours+ of time, and still at this point despite numerous calls to the Help Desk and emails with your colleagues, the issue is not resolved.

We may seek legal action as this is insane. To have to redo the bookkeeping for about 50% of the accounts due to Intuit's bookkeeping service, and at this stage, we still cannot get a response for your team to "resolve the issue".

Sounds bad!

What do you mean by "misaligned"?

Why do you think Intuit messed up and created "bookkeeping mistakes"? As I understand QuickBooks, Intuit doesn't enter data for you, and instar the user enters the data? Is there some other mode?

I have 13 credits/debits from our bank account that are not included in years end accounts. I have another 30+ errors in bookkeeping identified by CPA.

Who are you and why did you reply to my message? I want to talk with an Intuit account manager.
