You can consider subscribing to a new QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) plan to create a second business with the same information. You can go to this website and subscribe to a new plan for your second business: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/self-employed/
Please know that the QBSE account is equivalent to one self-employed business/job and will generate one Schedule C categories. With that being said, you can create a second account and process as like as the first account.
