Upon checking, there is an ongoing investigation (INV-92275) about the Business Snapshot report issue. Our product engineers have been notified and are now working on fixing this. I recommend contacting our support team, so you'll be added to the list of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once a solution is available. Here are the steps to contact us:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to Help (?).
Select either tab to get started:
Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
Search the tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert. You can choose how you want to reach us via phone or chat.
Please be guided that for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscriptions, support will be available M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced, you can contact the support any time and any day.
