You can consider switching from QuickBooks Self-Employed to  QuickBooks  Online accommodating multiple accountant users.  QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers the flexibility to add a specific maximum number of billable and accountant users, which will depend on the plan you choose. 

• Simple Start = one (1) billable user and two (2) accounting firms
• Essentials = three (3) billable users and two (2) accounting firms
• Plus = five (5) billable users and  two (2) accounting firms
• Advanced = 25 billable users and three (3) accounting firms
