Help me please!! I am retiring and my daughter is taking over the books. I have had an annual subscription for Quickbooks Desktop for many years, which renewed on May 4, 2026 before I could cancel it. We have had a new monthly Quickbooks On-line for the past several months that my daughter will be using going forward. I don't need my desktop version....can you please help me with a refund of the $1120.25. We both wrongly assumed that it would automatically cancel when we purchased the on-line version with the same company ID. Thank you.
I completely understand seeing a $1,120.25 charge on your statement can be a surprise, but the good news is that you are eligible to get that full amount refunded.
Since the renewal just happened on May 4, you are well within Intuit’s 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee window for QuickBooks Desktop. To get your money back, fill out the Intuit Refund Request form online.
