Can I update the phone number for one of the users on my account if I am the primary admin ? That user has standard all access to the account.

Regarding phone number, we are unable to change this information. It is solely the responsibility of the user to update their contact information. You may share these simple steps with the user to help them update their contact details. Here's how:

1. Go to the blue icon with the first letter of your name. 
2. Click Manage your Intuit account. It will prompt for a code. 
3. Select Sign-in and Security. 
4. Then click Phone number to update.

Additionally, you can also change user levels in your QBO account.
