When receiving payments through QuickBooks Payments, please note that processing fees will apply depending on the payment method used, pioneerpropertym.

If a transaction was via ACH (Bank Transfer), there will be a 1% fee of the total amount. For Cards & digital wallets (such as credit/debit cards), the fee will be 2.99%, and for Keyed-in cards, it will be 3.5% per transaction.

For more details about the payment fees and rates, check out this link: Standard Payment Fees and Rates.

You can also request a rate review for your company to get a discounted rate when processing transactions. To learn more about the requirements and eligibility, please refer to this article: Request a rate review of QuickBooks Payments discount fees.

For further assistance with online customer payments, I recommend reviewing this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
