Can't install QB on new computrt, original registration email no lo nger exists.

I accidentally deleted my business QB data from my desktop. Trying to restore w backup file saved on USB drive not working. Trying to install QB on laptop but it asks for my registration email...which no longer exists. How can I get my files back on my computer?

Hello there, desperateinCO. You can log in through the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) to retrieve your account details.

 

Even if you don't have that old email, sign in  using your current Intuit ID or by verifying your business phone number and zip code. Once you’re in, you’ll be able to see the credentials you need for your new laptop installation and even download the specific version of QuickBooks you originally purchased.
