I spent an hour in an online chat with customer service. They were unable to resolve my issue. Trying to remove a user that was terminated from the company. Company admin and Primary admin have both tried and been unsuccessful. I select Delete (the three dots next to edit), pop up window asks "Are you sure you want to delete this user?", I select Delete user and nothing happens. So then I try Edit, Delete (in red) in the lower left corner of the next screen, "Are you sure you want to delete this user?", Delete user, and again NOTHING happens. Client is not happy this is still isn't resolved! SUGGESTIONS?

I understand that this process didn't go through, but I'm here to help ensure you're able to delete a user. Before we start, have you tried logging into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser and performing the process from there?
Or may I know what troubleshooting steps did you perform so far? That way, I can check so you won't have to go through the same steps again.
