We have a new way of connecting to our live support by setting a scheduled callback or messaging an agent through your QuickBooks Online account. I can guide you with the process.
Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
Select I still need a human.
Proceed with Contact us.
Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
If you had the old Help menu interface, you can follow these steps:
Select Contact Us from the Help menu.
Type in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with box.
Proceed with the Let's talk button.
Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
