Does anyone know who I can contact about getting primary admin added back under my role under Manage users?
I changed my role to in house accountant, thinking I would have access to delete something I reconciled. After that I could not change myself back to primary admin because I lost access to those privileges. I had to fill out a request with my my Drivers license, Owners drivers license, a letter from the owner of company requesting that they change my role back to primary admin, and Article of Organization. I was rejected because Owner of company is not listed as Owner on Tre Hargett, Secretary of State Article of Organization. I really need to talk to someone to see what I need to do. I have where he got his EIN# from IRS that states him as Sole Member. Can anyone help!
