Hello, I would like to cancel my account online because I went out and purchased the QB Software for my desktop.

I've got your back on canceling your QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you can work with your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @userkelvin.

You can go to the Billing & Subscription menu in your QBO account to cancel your subscription from there. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription menu.
3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
4. Follow the onscreen instruction to cancel your account successfully.

However, prior to canceling your QBO account, you might want to convert your QBO data to your QBDT. This way, all your important data from QBO will be moved to your new QBDT software.
