Hi, am I overlooking a way to email PAYROLL REPORTS directly from QBO? And a way to automate Payroll Reports to be emailed?

I can see how the ability to email Payroll reports automatically in QuickBooks Online (QBO) would be convenient for business owners like you. Currently, we're rolling out a new update in running Payroll reports, and the option to send them by email is unavailable.

In the meantime, I recommend sharing this valuable input with our software developers through feedback. This way, they might consider this feature and add it to our future product updates. To do that, go to the Gear icon and select Feedback under Profile.

However, I can provide a workaround so you can email Payroll reports outside QBO. I'll show you how:

1. Go to Reports and open the report you'd like to send by email.
2. Click Share.
3. Choose either to Export to Excel or Print or save PDF.
4. You can save the file from there and send it manually through email.

For sales forms and reports other than Payroll, we can easily send them to multiple email addresses directly from QBO.
