Hi, I am missing all my data from 2017 to mid 2020 all of a sudden. But I still have all my info from years before and after those times. What happened?

The most possible reason why your data from 2017 to mid-2020 are missing is due to the browser. It could be that accumulated temporary internet files are the root cause of this unusual behavior. 

You'll want to use an incognito window and log in from there. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts:​​​​

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, review and see if everything looks good. You also want to clear the cache cause this helps in fixing browser errors. Lastly, make sure you're using an up-to-date browser since the old ones also result in issues.
