Hi, I'd QBO's latest interface with accounting apps lined horizontally on top on dashboard view. Later I cancelled and resubscribed, it disappeared. How/when to get it?

I and my partner setup a company two months ago in QBO. We subscribed to the simple start plan and it landed on the latest dashboard view with colorful apps lined up on top and a sleek grey left menu. We unsubscribed for a short period and resubscribed recently, but the interface has disappeared. So, I made a new profile and still it showed the old QBO view with dark grey broad menu on the left. How can I get back the latest QBO interface on previous account or the newly made account?

The new QuickBooks Online (QBO) interface you're describing is part of a gradual rollout by Intuit. By canceling and resubscribing, your account likely moved back to the group without the update.

Also, there is no option to get the new interface instantly since this rollout is a progressive process. It's possible that the update has not yet reached your QBO account. All QuickBooks customers will be automatically switched to the new Intuit Platform experience by the end of September 2025.
