How ca i set new password to quickbooks desktop. i forgot it

It would be helpful if you provide the QB version you are using.

I assume you are talking about the password for your company file.

Don't you have a link on the very same screen "I forgot my password"? If you click this link you can select to get a token sent to your e-mail address.

That's how it works for my QB Prem 2020.

You may want to consider using a 3rd party service provider who can reset the password for you. PM if you would like a recommendation.

You may have have 3 options:

1. Use the password reset tool. Make sure you are able to login into your CAMPS.

2. Ask Intuit Data Service to reset it. Make sure you are able to login into your CAMPS.

3. Purchase a 3d party password reset service. Contact us for details.
